how to install integrated graphics

once i burned my 8 years old desktop motherboard after 3 years now i brought a cheap zebronics motherboard to build a third computer just to download all night and watch movies. i have done every thing to install integrated graphics on my PC . I've tried the registry method , there is no option in bios , installed latest chipset driver and also that this PC property one but nothing worked . i have 0mb dedicated memory and even videos don't run properly that are in 720 p . my specs are 4gb ddr2 ram, Pentium 4 2.93ghz , no GPU,wd blue 256gb hhd, windows 10 professional.

can it have the integrated graphics ??

integrated graphics are integrated into the machine, there is nothing to install. you will not have any dedicated video memory because you have no standalone video solution so it will use system ram for vram.

Back in the P4 era the igpu was all upto the motherboard.
