How to install LED Fan?

I bought an BitFenix Spectre LED fan, and I dont know where should i put the LED wire, my motherboard is MSI FM2-A75MA-E35

mount the fan onto the case, and plug the fan power into a fan header on the motherboard. If you do not have an available fan header on the motherboard then you will need a molex to fan power adapter, or a fan controller to plug into.

From what I can tell on the Newegg picture your motherboard seems to have 1 CPU fan header, and 1 case fan header. Refer to your owners manual, it will have a picture that points out where the fan headers are.

Fan started working, but the LED didnt, where i have to the LED wire?

Typically the LEDs are powered by the fan connector. The more power your fan gets the faster it spins and the brighter the light gets. I have never seen a fan with a separate LED connector... but then again I hate LED fans and typically avoid them, so some fancy ones may have a separate connector which would connect to a MOLEX or floppy power connector on the power supply.
