Hi all,
I am building my nephew a PC for schoolwork and light gaming and his mother wanted me to install macOS instead of Win10. I was wondering if you have any easy-to-follow links to any guides, or possibly able to give some tips in the comments. I do have an older Macbook running Calatlina 10.15.7 and I was wondering if the USB media creation is at all similar as it is to Windows? Download it onto a USB, plug it in, and start the bootup, and activate it. Lastly, will there be any compatibility issues or something like the hardware being unable to be taken advantage of like it could in Windows as the system is AMD based? Does driver installation work the same? Do AMD GPU drivers even work in MacOS? The part list is as follows:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
ASRock Mini-ITX B450 Gaming with Wifi
Corsair Vengeance (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18
TEAMGROUP MP34 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME
Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT 4GB
Any help would be appreciated.
