How to install network adapter driver if USB slots don't work. I am stuck.

Just installed Windows 7. Need to install network adapter for internet. I put the downloaded driver on a USB from another PC, connect that USB to the laptop, but it doesn't work. Tried other USB too.

I assume I need a driver for USB too??

Help? What do I do?

Was this a laptop that was originally a Windows 10 OS device ?

How did you install Windows7? USB or CD?

What is the make and model of the laptop?

No, it was a Windows 7 device, I stupidly installed Windows 10 on it, but then turned out I didn't like it, so I installed Windows 7 back on it

Installed it through USB (ISO file)

It's a HP 250 G5 Notebook.

You will have to slipstream the USB and LAN driver into the ISO, and then reinstall Windows7.

Emerald, I'm not a tech expert or anything so I don't really understand what you just said.
Can you explain to me what that means and how can I do it.
