how to install new hdd

Are we dealing with a laptop or a desktop? Are you looking to add the HDD for storage or for installing the OS on it(with multiple partitions)? If on a desktop, you should power down your system, connect the SATA power and data cables from the PSU and the motherboard(respectively) to the HDD. If you're installing an OS onto the HDD, the installer will allow you to format, create partitions and finally install the OS onto desired partition.

iam installing it on a desktop my previous one got damged so iam replacing that one will i hve to re install windows do i hve to re connect my other parts also like ram and graphics card?
i want the 2tb hdd to one single thing i dont wanna spilt into diffrent parts

First create backup of all your important files. Then replace HDD with new one. On new hdd you need to install Operating System like Windows 7,8,10 or Linux then copy backup files on the new HDD.

can i just install the new hdd seperatly and keep the os on the hdd i hve or doesnt work like that
