How to install os on new pc build without optical drive??

So How can I go about installing a new os on a pc that I just built with no optical drive? Here is my build.

Intel i5-4570 (With CM Hyper 212)
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Sandisk SSD PLUS 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 4GB Video Card
Thermaltake VL80001W2Z ATX Mid Tower Case
EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

i have laptop yes. Windows 10 most likely

You will want to download the ISO image onto a USB drive and then boot from the USB and install OS that way. Use Rufus to make the drive bootable and install the OS onto the usb drive.

Just google Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 ISO (Media Creation Tool) whatever you want to download, make sure you have a valid license key.

Windows 10, you can buy directly on USB.

Just google Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 ISO (Media Creation Tool) whatever you want to download, make sure you have a valid license key.

And that only works with a Retail license key.
Which, for Win 7 and 8, you cannot buy anymore. Only OEM is sold.

ok so i installed the windows 10 iso from windows onto a flash drive using rufus and when i plug it into my pc nothing happens. As soon as i hit the power button all of my fans and lights come on but nothing happens on screen. I cant even get into bios.

The BIOS happens before trying to boot from HDD, SDD or USB.
You have something else going on.

Yes. I had to clear the cmos and everything is up and working. Thanks guys!
