Hello! I bought the physical version of the game, 'Tom Clancy's: The Division'. I could not understand how to install the game. There are total 5 Discs given. When I tried to install from the first disc, it installs 'Uplay' and takes me to the internet to download the whole game! Of course yes, I activated the game with the given CD Key. I don't want download the game but to offline-install the game first then, I will update the game. Please give clean instructions to install the game.

The contents of the Disc 1 are:
autorun (icon)
autorun (application)
Uplay.exe
uplay_install.disc
uplay_install.manifest
package01.upc etc.

Solution
Yeah, so try disconnecting from the internet, and then try to install it from the disk.
To do a offline installation you to actually be offline.
Then run the autorun (application) to start the install process.
What about the other disks?

You need to list the full file tree (or take a screenshot) of the disk.

You'd be looking for either Setup.exe or Install.exe or Division.exe.

Autorun (application) may work as well though.

Turn off your internet connection while you install it, that way uplay won't be able to download anything.

No, there are no .exe files at all. Please refer the image. Looks like there is no way to install the whole game from the discs itself. If so, why they would provide 40 GB of 5 loaded discs? There is some hidden way. I also contacted the Ubisoft Live Support and even the support agent could not know the answer for the physical disc issue. I mean offline installation.

Thank you! I didn't run 'autorun' rather installed it in a custom way. Finally got it working! 😀 OMG! Saved 40 GB of my internet's data!
