How to install rgb lighting in a computer?

I want RGB lights in my H440, but it has no 5.25 inch bay, so I can't use the NZXT Hue. I saw people just using rgb led strips installed in there case. Could someone explain how you install those strips into a case?

Those strips have adhesives on the back, you just stick them on and plug the lights in.

How do I plug it in, that's what I'm asking. Does it plug in through molex? Do I have to buy an adapter to plug the strip in?
