[SOLVED] How to Install ryzen 5 2600 on a320

So I'm gonna buy a Ryzen 5 2600 and the service fee is aroung $10(500PhP), It's alot for just putting the CPU so I'd like to do it myself.

I have an a320 board with me so I have to update the bios (right?). Should I do it before i put the cpu or after?

Also does the fan that comes in the ryzen 5 2600 have pre-applied thermal paste? And is it ok if I just use that?

What is the exact make/model of your motherboard? Yes, in all likelihood, you can use the 2600 with the required (or newer) BIOS version installed BEFORE installing the 2600.

You utilize a 1xxx Ryzen CPU to update the BIOS and then install the 2600, or use "flashback" I think it's called on equipped mobo (which I am not sure existed for that chipset).

You wont be able to uodate the bios without a cou and if the bios is incompatable with the 2600 you cant use it to uodate the bios.

Id try the board with the 2600 if it doesnt post, you will have to get a different cpu and install it to uodate the bios.

Yes the stock cooler comes with paste preapplied. Its ok to use it.
