How to Install Ryzen Power Plan?

I'm really confused, how do you install the new Ryzen power plan??? It didn't come with my crosshair's chipset drivers for some reason.

Tried that, but I have to install the chipset drivers they have, when I already installed the ones from Asus, unless I'm missing something and need to install both?
