I had some trouble with my old psu. This time i bought a new Seasonic g750 modular. But i have no clue were to plug all the cables. I already installed the 20-24 pin to my motherboard, and the sata cables to my drives. Now this psu has some 4 pin cables with 2 pin next to them ( i assume you are able to make a 6 pin out of it. There are 2 of these already coming from the psu. One says "K" on the side and the other one " PCI-E". It also comes with a warning stating that i need to plug a PSU cable to my graphic card. So what i did now is i took 1 PSU cable (8 pin) connected that one into the pci- e/CPU tab from the psu, and connected the singe 6 pin into my graphic card.

Now my question is, did i do it the right way? And do i need the same cable (8 pin PSU) to plug that one into my motherboard, or do i use the one with "k" or "PCI-E" that is already coming from the PSU? The "K" cable is actually 2x4 pin really close together which could make a 8 pin i assume.

I have never done this so an expert view on this would be very nice, before i blow up my pc.

Solution
You can connect graphics card with PCIE cable in this picture (round one):
(that way flat PCIE cable is not required anymore)

Other than that, everything looks good and you can try starting up your pc.

I took 1 8pin PSU cable and placed that one in the PCI-E tab on the PSU. On the end it has a PCI-E cable (6pin with 1 2 pin) and plugged that one into my graphic card. I took a similair PSU cable and plugged that one in my PSU in the PCI-E/CPU tab. The end of that cable is a single 8 pin that i want to plug on my motherboard. That cable is in my hand:

These are the cables that already come from the PSU, so i leave these empty or do i need to use these for my graphic card and motherboard?

I don't have plugged the 8 pin into my motgerboard yet, as i am not sure if i did it right or wrong. The motherboard name is: " Gigabyte B250M-DS3H.

The cable in my hand on photo 1 is the cable i want to pluf into my motherboard, but i was wondering what to do with the cables that come out my PSU itself, the 2x4 "K" and the PCI-E cable. (In the yellow and black on the second photo)

I removed 1 8 pin flat cable from the PSU. There is 1 left thats forms a PCI-E cable that i plugged into my graphic card cause on the recommendation it says the following: " for high power consumption graphic cards >225 watts, please use only single connector per PCIe cable." Not sure what it means.

The end of the top cable is now in my graphic card and i used the 2x4 cable from the psu itself on the motherboard.
