How to install twain driver windows 7

I would like to install a wia driver for my monitor webcam. Monitior brand is a Dell

Make sure the webcam is connected to the system (usually it takes an extra connection, like a USB post, in addition to the DVI). Win7 should automatically recognize the hardware and search for the appropriate driver online.

do you have a cd that came with the monitor you could also see dell with the service tag or your monitor model to get the driver

Thanks,I probably have a CD but omg where, I never did any of the computer stuff and now my manager (business) has moved, she kind of left me and I am trying to fill in the blanks. Thanks a lot, I have it solved now.
