How to install USB 3.0 PCI Express Card?

hey guys, i'm new and want to build my own pc, however i need to install a USB 3.0 PCI Express Card onto the i3 3220 bundle i'm going to purchase-

so i can transfer data quicker rather than using USB 2.0 connections

the specs of this motherboard says-

PCI-EX:
1 x PCIe 3.0 x16 (running at x16)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x1

does the GPU connect to the 1 x PCIe 3.0 x16 (running at x16) and the USB 3.0 PCI Express Card to the 1 x PCIe 2.0 x1?

An H77 mobo should have USB 3.0 ports. Why do you want a pci card?
