How to install win 7 again from win 8 laptop?

Hi i have a win 7 laptop and the system recovery is stored in another drive,recently i have installed win 8 and i want to go back to win 7 but now the question is how can i restore back to win 7 from that drive i cant see any option avialable any suggestions would be appriciated thanks

1) If you have created a System Repair Disc, you can following the link to Restore Windows 7.
