Hi there!!! I have a Lenovo ThinkPad t410 laptop and the DVD drive is not working. Since i need to urgently reinstall Win 7, how can i do it from a USB drive? Better if no adicional software is needed.

This doesn't work, how do they make it bootable? Copying the files to a drive doesn't make it bootable.

To the OP, google and find a tool MS makes for this purpose that will format the drive for you, make it bootable, copy all the files to drive all in one free to download tool made by Microsoft.

You can make a usb stick bootable and here are some links to do just that.
