How to install Windows 10

I am planning on building a new PC and was wondering how I can get Windows 10 on it. My previous computer is broken and and my case does not have an optical drive. Do I need a previous working computer with Windows on it or is there a way to just download Windows on this new PC? Thanks for your help

You need either a valid key for 7, 8, 8.1 or 10.
If you don't have one then you need to go buy one quick as the free upgrade to 10 ends July.

No you do not need an optical drive, you can go to Microsoft's web site and download the Windows 10 ISO and put it on a USB stick. You will need a valid license to use it legally, but it will activate your computer even without a valid license.
