Can I install windows 7 on apollo lake (n3350/n3450) processor ? if it possible then how ?

Not likely to work well, if it will install you will have trouble finding drivers that work. That is a mobile CPU you listed, what is the laptop model? If there are no Win 7 drivers from the vendor you will need to hunt around yourself looking for drivers for the components.
