How to install Windows 8.1 on a brand new laptop - HELP!

Hello there, I'd like to know how can I install Windows 8.1 on a brand new laptop from the store. I mean, I have the Windows CD, activation code and everything. Do I need to plug the disk like the computer then click enter.. choose language.. ect. or something else? please help me.
Laptop model: ASUS X550LN-XX003D
