how to install windows xp from USB?

hey, i wanted to install windows xp in my pc and i burned the windows xp pro iso image which i downloaded from softlay.com

and i made a bootable usb from Rufus and when i plug it in my pc and press start button, nothing happens! i have windows 10 installed in my pc. so i wanted to know if there's any way i could install windows XP?

Change to legacy mode in the bios.

Windows 10 will not boot after that, if the setting is changed.
