How to install xp without affection grub bootloader

How can I install Windows 7 or Windows XP without affecting Ubuntu and grub boot loader

Don't know about Win7, but XP will see partition as non-windows, unless you re-partition first.
I would do the installation backwards, windows first then Linux, if linux detects win MBR.
