I’m building a new pc and need to install windows 10. I’m thinking of buying an oem from new egg although this only comes with disk. So as I see it I got to Microsoft’s website and install the windows download on the USB and from there plug the USB to my new pc and then put in the key that came with the disk. Am I correct if not plz help I’m confused.
