How to jump-start an old 20pin PSU

Hello! I'm trying to jump-start an old PSU to test some fans I have laying around (I can cut costs by using them in customer builds). Unfortunately, the PSU seems to have irregularly colored wires, and it's a 20pin. Can anyone inform me how to jump start it without a motherboard? Before I go on, there are no green cables, which is why the traditional 24pin wouldn't work.

Yeah. I just don't think that the power supply complies by regular ATX standards. Oh well. Thanks for your help! I'll leave the thread open for a few days incase anyone brings any new insights.
