How to jump-start an old 20pin PSU

Hello! I'm trying to jump-start an old PSU to test some fans I have laying around (I can cut costs by using them in customer builds). Unfortunately, the PSU seems to have irregularly colored wires, and it's a 20pin. Can anyone inform me how to jump start it without a motherboard? Before I go on, there are no green cables, which is why the traditional 24pin wouldn't work.

The colors are different than any standard ATX power supply I've seen.

Well, since the paperclip method works by connecting the standby line (usually green) to the ground line (usually black), I would imagine you can try to mimic where that guy put the paperclip.

Looks like it's a no-go. I mimicked his position, but it got nothing.

Yeah. I just don't think that the power supply complies by regular ATX standards. Oh well. Thanks for your help! I'll leave the thread open for a few days incase anyone brings any new insights.
