How to keep my second monitor dark while gaming

I just got an old 4:3 monitor to hook up along side my main monitor, and while it works well as a monitor it is a bit distracting during games. Is there a program that uses a hotkey or some other control to dim only my second monitor? And I know I could just turn it off but I kind of want to be able to do it from my computer. Thanks

in short, not that I'm aware of.

the power button is the only way I know of short of going into display properties and disabling the second display.
that can be done from the PC but it is not a simple switch there are multiple steps that will need to be done and undone every game session.
