How to keep Windows 7 in Privacy Mode

I installed a fresh copy of windows and forgot how to keep in privacy mode. I mean not accessing my recent files, paths, etc. Thanks in advance!

you mean this?

Right click on start button
Click on Properties
Click start menu tab
Under privacy uncheck the options:
Store and display recently opened programs in the start menu
Store and display recently opened items in the start menu and the taskbar
