[SOLVED] How to kill lvl 2 monster in Lords mobile?

I know this ain't pc gaming, but how do I kill lvl 2 monster in Lords mobile. I can't even kill lvl 1 monster. When i send attack at lvl 1 or 2 monster they leave it on 99%.What do I need to unlock to kill them?
