google it to get specsheet and in it would be ram capabilities
but only SPD timings/clocks, XMP wont be there as that is overclock profile done by manufacturer

The CL11 will only be for the rated speed. For example my DDDR3 1600 CL11 runs at CL7 when running in an older computer at DDR3-1066 speed. At 1333 it would be CL9. Many utilities show 1/2 the speed (actual bus speed) since the doubling occurs inside the RAM module itself.
