Hi guys, I've purchased a ddr3l cl11 ram for my laptop and my main concern is that the RAM is CL11 or not, how can I be sure about this?

Solution
PC Wizard can show you the RAM timings. Probably HWInfo64 also.
The CL11 will only be for the rated speed. For example my DDDR3 1600 CL11 runs at CL7 when running in an older computer at DDR3-1066 speed. At 1333 it would be CL9. Many utilities show 1/2 the speed (actual bus speed) since the doubling occurs inside the RAM module itself.

on ram stick there are black squares, on them is chip id
google it to get specsheet and in it would be ram capabilities
but only SPD timings/clocks, XMP wont be there as that is overclock profile done by manufacturer

Thanks, the ram arrived today and I think it is cl11 right?
