the easiest way would be to open the case and look inside but for stuff on ebay or amazon? you can ask the seller but you dont always get a answer and when you do they sometime just told you find it out yourself.

they give a lot of info but i cant find if it have ATX power supply or fit in ATX case.
they probably are ATX compatible because i had like 25 lenovo computer and all of them where ATX compatible but it can vary from one model to another
so if you guys have a way i would appreciate that you share it with me
