I'm looking to get a router to work with a specific model of a directional wifi antenna and I don't know what to buy. I live in a country with very limited choices btw.

Will this antenna work with this router?

The antenna is already bought so I'm looking to get a router that will work with it.

To do what you want, the best answer is a PAIR of directional WIFI access points pointing at each other creating a point-to-point link. Engenius and Ubiquiti both make OUTDOOR access points that you would point between the two buildings. Something like these -- https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833168115 You run an ethernet cable from the main router to the first of those, then at the other building you use an ethernet cable to bring the signal back inside to the devices. You can use an ethernet switch or a WIFI source inside the second building.

I'm trying to get wifi from one house to another about 100m away, there's no possibility of running a cable between the houses
