I honestly don't know what makes a GPU "good".

Is there some kind of "Silicon lottery" when it comes to video cards?

Temps stayed around 72-73C when it was at 99%-100% at around 4 minutes.

Hi, the default clock is at 1556 while default memory clock is at 2030, how high should I clock them after every benchmark and when should I stop clocking them

in stock setting, your gpu will easily reach 72-73c degrees, because the stock fans setting is sett to low,
Just download the msi afterburner, than you can sett your fans curve as you like and see the different
