How to know if memory running in dual channel?

Hi guys im not very good with computers but i have a little question.I just bought a new computer and i would like to know if my memory are running correctly.

RAM: Kingston KVR800D2N5K2/4G
2x 2 GB DDR2-800 DIMMs

Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3LR

i would like to know how to install so it will run at DDR2 dual channel.It is currently installed in the same colored slot .

-Do i have to plug them one next to the other?
-When i load the computer it says ¨memory runs at dual channel interleaved¨ is everything correct?
-Do i have to change something in the bios?

Download and install CPU-Z. Click on memory tab for dual channel status.

Or you could check the mobo manual and check how you must place them.

But I checked for you, and yes, they are correcly placed for dual channel.

Yes, the same color slot will run it in dual channel.

However, if you want to see the stats on your RAM, download cpuz.
