[SOLVED] How to know if my newly purchased motherboard B360-G is 9th gen Intel CPU ready

I just purchased an ASUS ROG STRIX B360-G Motherboard and also just received my Intel i5 9600K CPU. This is my first time building a PC on my own and I am aware that it is possible that my motherboard hasn't been updated to the latest BIOS right out of the box to support any 9th gen Intel CPUs - since I can't know this for sure and I don't have an 8th gen CPU to boot and update the BIOS, I was planning to just slot in my 9600K to my B360-G motherboard and run it to see if it is supported and whether or not all is good, then only will i put in my CPU cooler and everything else to finish the build - However I have no idea on how to go about this and I am looking for advices on how to do this, step by step would be very much helpful.

Just to clarify, I don't know how would I know if the motherboard is ready or so for my 9th gen CPU like i guess if i just build the whole PC, including the boot drives, then I guess as long as Windows boots up fine then everything's good and the CPU is indeed ready and supported but I was looking for just a simple diagnostic test to know if it's ready, without completing the whole PC (including boot drive and Windows etc) as it's my first time building a PC and having to build/unbuild and build it again just increases the chances of me ruining it, when as it is I'm already nervous especially for the thermal paste part lol.

I hope someone could help me out on this and I'm sorry if I'm 'that' clueless but I will try to compensate and help out as well however I can. Thanks!

Need bios 901 or higher most likely buy oddly enough your new cpu isn't listed but the 9900/9700k are

I just checked your link and the 9600K is listed, and it requires BIOS 904 or higher - BIOS 904 was released on September, I bought this motherboard on Amazon I believe on November so I guess it is possible to assume that it is at least on BIOS 904, but of course we can't be sure about that unless we test it, and that's my question now like how do I know if it's supported, like what should I do?

Again I'm sorry for being such a noob, and also thanks!
