Motherboard:GIGABYTE GA-H110M-S2

Currently GPU:
Nvidia Ge Force 1030 (Interface: PCI Express x16 3.0)

And I would like to change to:

So long as your motherboard has an available x16 PCI-E 2.0/3.0 slot, you're good to go. Since you're currently running on the GTX1030, you'll be able to drop in the RX560 however we'll need to know what the make and model of your PSU is and how old it is?

PSU - CoolBox Powerline Black 600w

The Interface of 1030 is PCI Express x16 3.0 and the other one, asks for PCI Express 3.0 only, would be a problem or It's irrelevant?
