How to know if your xbox 360 is JTAGged

I have an old 360 that I plan to keep on using. Here is the thing, when I bought it used the owner gave me a ton of legit games, but it also came with games that were burned onto discs. I want to know if it is possible that my 360 is modded in some way. Thanks for future help

if it is playing games from burned disks then it is modded. they would not work any other way.

if it won't play them then it is still stock.
