How to know OS installation date?

I have a few PC to check on what's the date the OS is installed in the
PC.

Does anyone know where can I see that info?

Not that correct I think.

I just check it.
One of the PC, I just format and install it yesterday ... but the
Windows directory created date is back to 3 years ago - 2002.

Check the creation date for your Windows directory.

Go to Start/Run and enter cmd.exe to open a command prompt window.

At the command prompt enter systeminfo and press enter

One of the many items listed in the results will be the "Original
Install Date"

Right click My Documents on Desktop\Properties\General and see created date. This folder was created when the OS was installed

If you are using XP Pro, then type the following in the Run dialog box.

cmd /k systeminfo | @find "Original Install Date:"
