Hi,
I am using ATI Radeon HD 4600 series graphics card and I wanted to know the exact model number of my card. Tried checking in device manager and CPU-Z.

Solution
Ok, you either need to find a computer with an older OS or sell the card and get a newer one. A quick search didn't find any drivers that I would trust....sure, there are those sites that offer drivers for everything, once you sign up you find their drivers don't work. AMD don't have any Windows 10 drivers for the 4600 series.

Whenever I have used GPU-Z on my R9 290x, it has always said "R9 200 series".

Still, there is a way to use GPU-Z to work out which card, the HD 4600 series only has the 4650 and 4670. So on GPU-Z look at the memory size and bandwidth, the 4650 has a memory bandwidth of 12.8GB/s and the 4670 has 25.6GB/s. There are other specs you could use, but I've never quite matched pixel rates etc, that GPU-Z gives with the specs I can find for my card, but the memory bandwidth is correct.

Did you see my solution on how to tell the difference between the 4650 and 4670 using GPU-Z?

Sorry dude, i didn't see your first message. And yes the bandwidth is 12.8 GB/s, so surely it will be HD 4650!!
Thanks for the help and btw i still can't access amd control center...When i search on computer, it doesn't show up and when i try to install it says "Components already installed"..
Please help me with this issue!

Yes, that is a HD 4650 that you've got.
As for not being able to access the control center, it might pay to re-install the drivers, but first you will need to uninstall the old ones and wipe any trace of them. Use DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html download it and then run from safe mode. Once all traces of the old drivers are gone, download the drivers from AMD http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Update, it looks like there are no drivers for Windows 10, you're fine if you are using win 7 or 8.

That's strange, if you removed the drivers then only the card should be detected, not installed drivers. As I said in my update, there doesn't appear to be any drivers for Windows 10, what OS are you using?

Here's your problem. The Crimson software isn't supported by that old card.

You have to use the old legacy driver.

Solution
Windows 7 isn't too bad :)
I tried 10 and had a few issues with older electronic stuff that I keep logs from (weather stations, radiation meters, etc.), so I went back to windows 7 and apart from not being able to game in DX12, I don't see any draw backs.
