How to know what partition is with what Hdd

Hello i'm wondering with my Computer i have 7 partition and i don't know what HDD they are are on. I would like to know if there is a way to check with out having to disconnect my HDD's physically

If you are running Windows: RIght-click onto "My Computer", "Manage", "Disk Administration". Here you will see your disks, partitions, and associated volumes.
