How to leave W10 Insider for a legit one?or backup windows

Hello, so i keep gettin a msg saying that my insider will end on the 1st of October, and i was wondering if theres a way that i could upgrade it to RTM, if thats not possible, then is there a way for me to back up all the data, and then install a fresh OS and restore everything back?
