How to let Game decide vsync on/off?

I have an nvidia graphics card, how do i let games decide the v-sync option? when i turn it off in control panel, and on in the game, it doesnt work, when i turn it on in control panel but off in-game it's still vertically synced. How do i let games choose this?

Just change it to application controlled in nvidia control panel. This will let you pick whether you want vsync disabled or enabled in game.

It should be in the drop down next to vsync in manage 3d settings, the same drop down that lets you turn vsync on or off.

If it's not, screenshot wherever you see vsync in nvidia control panel and post it.

It is the "einstellungen für 3d anwendungen verwenden" setting. Same as use "3d application settings" in English.
