My GPU starts to get over 75 degree celcius as the climate becomes warmer
my questions is does lowering the power for the gpu can harm it and what is the best software to limit it
thanks in advance
my gpu is RX580 4GB msi armor edition
psu is Bitfenix BPA 600W 80plus white
case : XPG invader with 5 fans (3 Intake , 2 Exhaust )

Solution
75C is quite normal for a GPU. It will regulate its own power and temperature.

Reducing the power won't harm the GPU. It will run a little slower or become unstable under a heavy load.

MSI Afterburner is the usual software tool for GPUs.

You can try undervolting. But for those cards 75 degrees is more than acceptable. R and Rx series are well known to be heaters lol. Power limiting will hurt performances, undervolting won't. And with the adrenalin software is pretty intuitive. Just look it up on YouTube. Plenty vids.
