How to limit speed of a device on linksis smart router?

I can prioritize my computer but that hardly does anything and i can limit the speed for everything but this slows me down as well. Is there any way to set a bandwidth cap on one specific device for the linkysis smart router? If no could i download different firmware to the router that allows me to do so?

If you're not the person who pays for the connection, don't touch it. Talk to your sister.

My guess is she's got p2p/torrent software running. Limiting the upstream to about half of your upstream speed should significantly improve your connection.
