ASSALAM U ALAIKUM
The voltage in my home is from 180V to 240V but it's never constant and the time the stabilizer uses to change relays force the UPS to go into battery mode.

So, I need to know if I can fix the voltage at it's lowest say 120V and the rest goes to waste or IDC. Since it will be constant at the the stabilizer will boost it to 220V and profit!

Is it possible to cap/limit the voltage or am I dreaming?

While in theory you could get the voltage down to 120V with some big mean resistors, but any device that is designed to operate at 220V flat out doesn't work at 120V. Also, when you bring the voltage level down to 120V, there is no device that you can buy to bring it back to 220V.

To fix your issue, look towards AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator). With AVR plugged to your mains and UPS plugged to the AVR, UPS wouldn't go to battery mode every once and a while. Though, without knowing what UPS you have (many UPSes already have AVR built-in), it may not be best idea using 2x AVRs.
