It is far more helpful to us, in general, if you would take a moment to actually eloquently spell out some details and expectations rather than making us act like we are pulling teeth to find out anything from you. We cannot read your mind. We don't know what you are working with now much more than we did at the start 10 posts in.

Take a breath, take a moment, and write us a paragraph describing what hardware you have in detail, how it is connected to your network (if so), and what you are hoping to accomplish. Longer than one semi-coherent sentence at a time, please?

Will you not insult my intelligence?

Well, let's talk about that.

You told us you have an 8 camera system to tie into PC for "some" (unknown) reason that you haven't taken the time to explain.

One of our moderators linked a device that is a 4 camera system and you say something akin to a positive reply but cannot be the system you are talking about. I make an assumption that "Yh" is a positive assertion?

So now, here we are on post #13 now and STILL you haven't told us what you have and what you want to accomplish out of it, rather are focusing on being offended, or whatever that was. I am not trying to insult your intelligence at all but we do need you to use some of it to help us help you. Understand?

Really tired of people asking help but can't even provide basic info. Like patient walk in a hospital and just say he is sick but can't even tell doctor what's wrong.

But I do see that it should have a ethernet port, so OP needs to connect it to a switch or router. Then he needs to find the IP address of the NVR. Use Firefox or IE (so it's extremely old stuff) to connect to it.

From what I read on the webpage that @USAFRet linked I believe it only records to internal HDD.

It says it has the following capability, but I think some are just BS.

Network
InterfaceRJ45 Port / 10M / 100M Adaptive
IP Address ; TCP/IP, DHCP, UDP, SMTP, NTP
CMS SoftwareSupport
Cloud SupportiCloud Software one‐click online; Support IE Firefox
Google Chrome Mac OS Safari
Language28 kinds of Languages
Smart PhoneIphone, Ipad, Android, Android Pad

OK....

Given all that has gone on, we out here cannot give any relevant fixes for this.
Further, please do not verbally abuse other Forum members that are attempting to assist.

So, closing this.

If you wish to continue, please start a NEW thread.
Give us out here some relevant details of what you have, and what you are trying to do.

But do NOT speak down to other Forum members.
