How to Locate/Show/Retrieve the Folder found.000 created by Chkdsk?

i successfully run the chkdsk using cmd on windows 10 but i need help now getting the files from the found.000 folder which is not showing on any drive.

tried Yodot - can detect found.000 with the files on it but they can't retrieve.
tried Recuva - they can't detect the found.000 .

i need suggestions on any other options without me spending $40 for purchasing licensed recovery software please.

were these files inside their \user\ directory?

Might be easier to use GBe, 30-40GB takes maybe 30mins.

i tried Chkdsk but sti doesn't show me the recovered files but i can see that the space is now in used by some kind of a hidden files
