how to login my PC, it was locked, ask to contact administrator network

there's some change in my laptop ( my kid did ?}. I login, the screen shows up "'GUEST" first, then my account name, I put in my password it's said "your password is incorrect", I removed it (hotmail account}, reboot it. nothing changes, ask "to contact administrator network", how?

No help here for that type of issue. Find your account on the login page and log in, if not ask the owner (or person that changed it if you are the owner) to fix it.
