how to lower down the graphics in fifa 14

I can run FIFA 14 but not smooth because of my low ram ( 1GB ) and graphics card ( 256 mb ). So I want to lower the graphics and play in window mode ,but there is neither any option in the game ( under game settings ) nor in the FIFA 14 game folder. I tried to find out but I could not. And when I run it it simply starts without any launcher or autorun.plz give some solution to my problem.

You can change it in the fifaconfig.exe in the directory of the installed files.
