How to lower package temprature

I have recently been doing some overclocking but idk how to lower my package temperature it is normaly at 80-90% I dont know if its good or bad if it is bad then can you please tell me how to fix it all help appreciated :d

I mean 80-90 degrees but when I am playing - Normally at 8fps because I need low clocked setting because of heat - it shoots up to 95-100 degrees
