How to lower ping?

Solution
I'd be curious about the answer to Dezel's question as well.
Also, what kind of ping are you getting?
Are you concerned about ping within your own devices, or ping to an external site (like Google.com, for example)?

Since you are asking about 'ping', not bandwidth, I'll take a shot with the assumption that you have bad ping to the internet.
I would try turning off power to both your router and your internet modem device. Wait at least 30 seconds and turn on again. Re-test your ping. Sometimes the router and/or modem get into funny state with routing and that affects ping.

If you still have terrible ping after that, I would connect directly to the modem and test again to eliminate the router as the culprit.

If still the same...
Hello!

The internet speed that you are receiving is most likely the max speed you are going to see from your router, you can do this though that can help; if you aren't already, use an Ethernet cable because this will give you the most reliable connection between your device and your router if that is available to you :)

Depends if they are transmitting data, disconnect them and do a test on www.speedtest.net and see if it helps you :)

The less systems connected to your router the better :)

If still the same result, I would contact your internet provider. I've had cases where latency issues are caused by bad routing within the provider's network, which only they can solve.
