Solution
As of right now, the cut off is at 8th gen Intel and 2nd gen (since Ryzen) AMD. Officially all of the PC equipped with older CPU will have to continue on Windows 10 until EOS. After that it appears that MS is leaving owners in the cold.
Personally feel like they are just begging you to consider open source OS like Linux, etc. Just my .02 I can only imagine that MS will come to a different state of mind by the end of year, or 2025 one way or the other. I cannot see them throwing users away.
