http://www.mediafire.com/download/ah3btl1glg1lhbx/DPT.exe

so plase can any one help me with that i really can't live with that dead pixels so plssss any one can edit that program or tell me how to edit it or send me another one making dead pixels i will be very thankful.. :)

First you are asking for help to commit fraud. You want advice on how to fake a defective monitor so you can get it replaced. This violates the rules of the forum. So no help there or maybe you can take a hammer and smash the screen with it? I am sure that will get you a few dead pixels. To try to fix the pixels, try to gently press on them using the eraser end of a pencil. This will often do the trick. Here are more possible fixes (http://www.wikihow.com/Fix-a-Stuck-Pixel-on-an-LCD-Monitor).

its not a stuck pixels or i did not try to commit fraud

its my right to get a monitor without any dead pixels or anything thats why i pay the money

and its very bad rules warranty must have more than 5 dead pixels so if i have 4 dead pixels i have to live with it forever is that fear ??

Yeah deal with it, unless you pay for a premium monitor that guarantees no dead pixels you typically get between 2-5 dead/stuck pixels on the average display. If your unhappy with the product then ask for a return and pay the restock fee.

they wont return it and i will pay the restock fee

but the bad rules what they say must have more than 5 dead pixels or manufacturing defects

its unfair !!
