How to make a install file

Hi, so i wanted to know how to make a EXE file that extracts files to certain folders, EG. startup folder. Thanks!

Not really, I'm in a programming class and learning java script and html/css in codecademy

Installation routine executable files (e.g. for the extraction of files from a compressed archive and subsequent installation onto a computer - placing files into appropriate folders) are normally part of an installation progrmming application. For example "Install Shield"

basically i need a install file that puts some files in C:\program files\folder and then another file in the startup folder. I'm trying advanced installer but its a little confusing when adding files to folders.
